We train contributors and subject-matter experts to a standard the whole industry recognises. Training is free and unpaid. Completing it is what makes you eligible to be considered for commissioned work.

From registration to the Gold Standard.
Apply
Write to us on the professional or contributor call with your languages, background and availability. Both are reviewed by a person.
Train
Once approved, create your account. Five levels, ten lessons each, from AI fundamentals to evaluation and judgement.
Join the workspace
From Level 3 you work alongside the team in Slack. Every lesson ends in an assessment: 90% to pass, unlimited retakes, and the standard does not move.
Gold Standard
Complete all five levels and receive the certificate recording it.
Be considered
The Gold Standard qualifies you for consideration for commissioned work. Terms are agreed with you before anything begins.
