The consequence is not usually a dramatic failure. It is a system that works well enough for some users and quietly worse for everyone else, with no one measuring the difference. We exist to make that difference measurable, and then to fix it at the source: the data and the people behind it.

We say what is live, what is in development and what we have not tested. We would rather lose a deal than overstate a capability.

We build within markets rather than claiming a map. Coverage deepens one language and one sector at a time.
